A very popular spicy and tasty maharashtrian side dish. Serve
it with chapatti, bhakari or with rice and it will add spice to your daily
meals. It takes very less time and ingredients.
2 cups roasted peanuts
½ cup dry coconut powder
4 tbsp. finely chopped Garlic (quantity can be changed as
per taste)
2 tbsp. cumin seeds
¼ cup chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Method:
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients except oil.
Now in small batches grind them to a course powder. Once it is done add oil and mix well.
It can be Stored in an airtight container for several weeks.
